The short version. We keep what you type so we can write and re-send your reading. We never send your dream, your birth date, or your reading to an advertiser. Advertising cookies load only if you press Accept, and never if your browser sends a Do-Not-Sell signal.
This policy covers haemongdreams.com, run by CHO&STORY PTE. LTD. Haemong is for adults. If you are under 18, please don't use it — we don't knowingly keep data from minors.

We do not ask for and do not want: your address, your phone number, your government ID, or anything about your health.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone not on this list.
We run a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel so we can tell which ads bring people here. It loads only after you press Accept on the banner, and it does not load at all if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. Press Decline and nothing loads; that choice is remembered on your device.
What the pixel can see: that a page was viewed, that a free reading was finished, an advertising cookie id, and your IP.
What it never sees: your dream, your question, your birth date, your name, or a single line of your reading. Those are never sent to Meta or to any advertiser.
To change your mind later, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will ask again.
We will be straight with you: we do not currently delete anything on a timer. Your free reading record and any order stay in our database until you ask us to remove them, or until we retire the service. We would rather say that than print a schedule we don't actually run.
Ask us to erase you and we do it — see the next section. Records tied to a completed payment may need to be kept for accounting for up to 5 years, which is a legal obligation we can't waive; everything else goes.
Wherever you live, you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Two ways:
We reply within 2 business days. We do not charge for this and we will not try to talk you out of it.
If you are in the EU, EEA or UK: our legal bases are contract (writing and delivering the reading you asked for), consent (advertising cookies, and the optional fields you chose to fill in), and legitimate interest (rate limiting, fraud and abuse prevention). You may withdraw consent at any time and you may complain to your local supervisory authority.
If you are in California: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and we honour Global Privacy Control automatically.
The company is in Singapore; the servers and the services above are in the United States and the EU. Using Haemong means your data crosses borders. We rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses for that.
The site is HTTPS-only. Reading pages are reachable by a long random order link — treat that link like a password, since anyone holding it can open your reading. We don't run accounts, so there is no password of yours for anyone to steal.
If this policy changes we update the date at the top. Material changes get a notice on the home page.
