“I read it and it wasn't for me” is a valid reason. We don't ask you to prove anything.
01What we sell
Haemong sells one-time Korean dream readings. Prices run from $19 to $21 in US dollars.
There is no subscription, nothing renews, and we do not store your card — payment is handled by
Gumroad, not by us.
A paid reading appears on the page as soon as it is written, and a copy is emailed to the address you
gave. Writing usually takes under two minutes.
02How to ask for a refund
Either way works. You do not need an order number for the second one.
On your reading page — open the reading and use Request a refund at the
bottom. Your order number and email are attached for you.
By email — write to support@inyeonsaju.com
from the address you paid with, and tell us roughly when you bought it.
03What happens then
We reply within 2 business days.
The refund is issued the same or next business day.
The money reaches your original payment method in 5–10 business days, depending on
your bank.
You keep the reading. We do not take it back.
04Reasons that count
The reading never arrived, or arrived broken.
You bought the wrong one.
You were charged twice.
The reading wasn't what you hoped for.
05The limits, stated plainly
After 30 days we can't process it through the normal route. Write to us anyway — we would rather
hear from you than not.
We may decline a repeated buy-and-refund pattern from the same person.
06Please don't file a chargeback first
A chargeback costs us the payment account this whole service runs on, and it takes weeks longer for you
than simply asking us. We have never refused a refund inside the window. Email us first — if we don't
sort it out, the chargeback is still there.
